    When did this start happening?

    Did it ever work?

Did you set your network up for your 7925s using the instructions for the 7921 in the Roaming VRD here:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/wp-content/uploads/DG_Roaming.pdf

Wireless VOIP is not simple and there are a number of things that need to be configured for it to be successful.

It has been implemented since last year, First we had a lot of isues, then we tuned the config and it has been working fine since then. We followed aruba best practices and cisco recommendantions for these phones specifically. Finally we also moved all the VAP to force 5ghz since 2.4ghz channels had to mch interference in the are. All these together took away all of problems. This isue in particular has happened before since the changers, but it has been very short, just a few seconds, however, today it happened to this user and lasted for about 30 seconds. We are talking the user is in a middle of a call, seating on her desk, and all of the sudden lost conection and get the msg above mentioned on the screen. There are at least others 15 similar phones working in the same location.

I would open a support case, because it will be tough to gather  all your information here.  Hopefully meanwhile someone on the thread can chime in with something obvious that can solve your issue.
