    The clients were running Windows 7 embedded  with Symantec Workspace Remote, they ran fine. We switched to running Impravata and they could not get everything we run here to work with Windows. The company had us reflash the client (HP thin client) with Igel, a watered down version of Linux. Since they were reflashed, the connection drops. We have Wyse thin clients that were reflashed with the same Igel software and they run fine. We have in the same areas Ascom phones, Baxter IV Pumps and Philips EKG carts, all work fine.

    Any ideas?
