    Greetings,

     

    First time Aruba user here and a client is requesting an acceptable use policy be placed on the guest network. I attempted to search around for a solution via google an I cannot seem to locate the "upload html page" for the OS 6.5 seems like it was available in a previous version? I tried to alter the current pre-defined splash screen but it will not allow past a certain amount of characters (unsure why the value is so low, 256 characters) I read about setting up a capitve portal but its looking for an IP proxy or something along those lines. I also tried to use the external field under the splash screen but it wont let me put in any local network addresses and states it must be in http/https format.

     

    We simply need the splash screen to display the policy with a simple accept button and then simply log who is getting on the network and allow them to browse the web. Any help would be appreciated!

    I would host your page on an external http server.  The built in page on Instant is very rudimentary and has quite a few limitations.
