    we have a problem on Controller 7205 service OS failed, How to solve this problem.

    Hey, never seen that issue myself. If you can factory reset it via the LCD if not i'd log a case with TAC.

    I've done factory reset, but still the same problem

    A CPU Halt means the device needs to be RMA.  Please contact TAC.
