    Hello Everyone,

     

    I would like to know if we can establish a controller cluster if two controllers are at different geographical locations.

    Yes.  You would have to extend both the Layer 2 user vlans and the management VLAN to both locations.

     

    You wouldn't want to do it, however, because it increases your troubleshooting domain, if there are any issues.

    For controllers at different sites that may have different user VLANs/Subnets, I recommend to leverage the HA AP-Fast-failover feature for its fast AP failover capabilities.
