Controller Cluster limitation of 4 controller when deploying RAP

    Hi,

     

    Can anybody tell what is the reason on why there is a limitation of having 4 controllers in a cluster when trying to deploy remote access points.

    That is the limit that engineering provided to us based on what is built right now.  I would dedicate a separate controller for remote APs like in the past if you have that concern.  More than 4 clustered remote AP controllers would also require more than 5 public ip addresses.  Is that practical?
