Good day, Should I be concerned about 95% memory on my controller sound very high.

Controller model is Aruba3200 running AOS 6.1.3.7 acting as a Master controller.

     #  show mem

Memory (Kb): total: 354060, used: 339800, free: 14260

I'd recommend you upgrade your 3200 with the XM memory module (3200-MEM-UG).  This will bring the memory up to 1GB for the 3200.  With 6.1, a 3200 without the memory will be heavily loaded.  Also, without it, you cannot run 6.2 or higher code.

Yes, I would be concerned and definitely upgrade the memory (or controller).    From an engineering perspective, anything less than 10MB free on the 3200 would be considered critical.

Edgardo, if the upgrade is not done what you will see is that your controller will suddenly stop responding and require a manual reboot to clear the memory.

We suffered this and upgraded the memory and the headache was gone.
