Controller to AP Ping Max Size 932 Bytes?

    I've seen a couple other posts concerning this (one even mentioned plugged directly into the controller), but nothing to give a definitive answer on ths behavior. Is this over-head caused by Control Plane Security? Max Ping Size of 932 bytes when pinging from Controller to Campus AP - CPSec Enabled.

    If i Ping from the controller uplinks (a VSS) - I can ping the max 1472 bytes - it's only from the controller interface that I experience this behavior.
