DHCP Issue - AP Management

    Dear All,

     

    We have internal dhcp created for ap management network. From today we started seeing ap's are not getting ip address if it restarted..? what could be the issue.. we have /24 subnet and found even if we replace 1 ap and old ap is not getting ip released..

    How long are your leases?  How many APs do you have and what type?

    HI Krish,

     

    Take packet capture on the switch port where AP is connected or on the port where DHCP is reachable from the switch and look for the request and reply messages. it looks like DHCP reachable issue.

     

    As a work around reset the pool created for AP management.
