DHCP in controller Mask /16

    Dear,

     

    I have a problem for configuring the controller 3200XM  with Network 128.1.50.0/16, but the DHCP in the controller  not work and apply.

    The Network of my customer is configured that's shape.

    Maybe someone have this problem.

    Someone can  help me?

    Max leases for that controller is 512.

    I know, but it should not work as it supports 512 hosts? What would be the best alternative to solve this problem, as it already has this network with / 16. It does not have DHCP running because it is a network automation and works with Ipfixo, including the access point, but must leave configured DHCP pool for the future they set new APs and maintain the environment.

    You would need to configure an external DHCP server. You cannot configure a DHCP scope that large on that controller.

    I can change the mask /16 to /24 and access continue the controlller, corretly? In this case, is best and rapid method. do you have some asks?
