    You do not.  

     

    Mesh profiles can be configured in an ap-group, but only when the access point is provisoned can you assign a mesh role (Mesh point or esh portal).  That means access points can be in an ap group that has a mesh configuration, but by default it is not applied unless the administrator specifically assigns that access point a role.  Please read the chapter on secure enterprise mesh here:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_63_Web_Help/Web_Help_Index.htm#ArubaFrameStyles/Mesh/Mesh.htm
