We have several test SSID's that are no longer required and have been removed from the environment but still appear when we run reports on AMP. Is there a way to manually delete these SSID's from AMP's database?
Regards
Mike
In the definition of the AMP report, can you limit the report by selecting the ssids you want.... The SSIDs in the report definition appear there for historical purposes unless the date from that period is purged....
Hi Colin,
Thanks for the reply, essentially we want to purge these old test SSID's from the AMP database so that when we select active SSID's to produce a report on we do not "see" the redundant ones. How do we do this?
What is your Inactive SSIDs (0-550 days, zero disables): setting set to in AMP Setup page?
Good morning,
We have the innactive SSIDs timer set to 20 on all our servers yet still have the old redundant SSID's populate the drop down box on various reports.
