    Good Morning,

someone has experience with FingerPrint behavior?

I have read on UserGuide that is possible create UserRole Derivation based on it, does it work correctly?

And also, can I change the Vlan assigned to the smartphone after matching the UserRole?

    Thanks and Best Regards

Yes , are you experiencing issues ?

It does work correctly , what AOS you have installed ? Can you shared your config ?

And also, can I change the Vlan assigned to the smartphone after matching the UserRole?

Do you want to change the VLAN after the device get assign an IP from the certain VLAN on the VAP ?

    Yes...this works great.

If you want to change the VLAN, you would set the VLAN id IN THE ROLE that you are applying in the user derivation policy.

Thanks people for your quickly replies!

So, in the role can I configure a different Vlan ID from the one configured in the VAP?

Or in the VAP I have to configure both Vlan ID?

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Gian

No the VLAN ID in the VAP doesn't have to match.  In the role, you can assign a different VLAN ID.
