Guest access issue

    I have setuped a captive portal I used guest user and logged in and when I Disconnected from the network SSID guest and connect back again I was able to use the internet without the captive portal page?

    You are still in the user-table until the user-idle timer expires which means you can reconnect without re-authenticating. This is how L3 authentication works with captive portals.
