    I want to configure two controller in active-active mode. How would I configure it & how would I configure same license in both controller .

     

    Please tell me the configuration in step by step

    Hi, 

     

    Why don't you use the cluster function in AOS 8. This will bring Active-Active mode with even more features like AP and User Load Balancing. 

    There are many guides out there describing cluster setup.

    would I have to configure VRRP IP in case of ACTIVE-ACTIVE configuration.

    That all really depends on how you deploy everything.

    Typically, yes, but it is not a hard requirement.

    It details all the options regarding your controller architecture for both ArubaOS 6.x and 8.x.

     

    The 'best' setup would be to buy a Mobility Master (MM), which can be a virtual machine, and have it manage 2 Mobility Controllers (MC).

    The MM will allow you to cluster the 2 MC's and have it automatically load balance AP's and users across the MC cluster.
