Ap-315 hava a data rate of 2.5 gbps and 1G uplink.

How is it possible an Ap having 1G Wired uplink and data rate of 2.5 gbps?

As mentioned in Datasheet- "With a maximum concurrent data rate of 1,733 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 400 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band (for an aggregate peak data rate of 2.1 Gbps), the 310 Series Access Points can quickly add required capacities to your existing or new wireless networks. The mid-range 310 Series, with its single gigabit Ethernet uplink,"

     Can anybosy explain?

In the unlikely event that you're lucky enough to push over 1Gbit over the Wi-Fi, some of the traffic would be buffered before being sent out of the Ethernet port.
