Hpe switches with Cisco APs

    Hello,

    I have a client who wants to deploy 2x hpe switches ( JG928A) to connect 80 cisco access points to them (WAP 121). 

    Is it feasible to do this?

    Hi,

     

    In terms on PoE the switches are rated at 370W and the APs draw a max of 6W each. 

     

    40 x 6 = 240.

     

    Assuming you have 40 APs on each switch, the APs would draw a max of 240W, which is fine.
