    hello,

I'm using IPERF to test the throughput on AP109 and RAP3 using both TCP and UDP. When I used TCP the bandwidth on AP109 is higher ( almost twice ) than the RAP3. However, when I used UDP the bandwidth on RAP3 is higher. I cant figure out why UDP can affect the throughput on the APs.

Because UDP data streams are (mostly) one-way and TCP streams send data out and acknowledgments back (two-way)

    Hello Mathew,

Thanks for the reply.  I understand that UDP is one way but why is it the TCP test resutls shows more bandwidth on AP109 than RAP3 and UDP test results shows more bandwidth on RAP3 than AP109.
