Hello, I have an Aruba 3200 controller version 5.0.4.14
A few days ago it started to have problems.
My users connect normally, but from time to time need to reboot the controller.
Restarting the controller the system back up and running

Someone has gone through similar problem?

    maschimidt,

You should open a case ASAP to get to the bottom of your issue the quickest.

We can guess what is going on here, but it would take longer while your users suffer.  TAC would be able to give you personalized service, and get to the bottom of things quicker.

There are users who might be able to chime in on anything they have experienced here, but TAC is probably the best route.

At what point do you decide that the controller needs to be rebooted?

Definately need to raise a case for this as cjoseph mentioned.  Give them the logs with tech support and any crash file if there is one, to give them a head start.
