I have two Instant AP's plugged into a PoE (802.3af) switch instead of a PoE+ (802.3at) switch. In Central, a warning states "Insufficient inline power supplied to..." and the model and name of AP (one model is AP-303H). The AP appears to work okay. My question is, what are the implications of powering the AP with PoE and not PoE+?

The datasheet will tell you. AP-303H is fine with 802.3af POE, but disables USB and POE-PSE capability.
