Laptop can not print over wifi

    I had few access points for a client and it is under controller base. User complaint they can not print bu using wifi but it was wokring over wired connect. Printer was pingable. Anyone know any fixes to the problem?

    You could check the policy in the role for the client.
    There have any deny policy?
