    Hello, sorry if this topic is recurrent.

    We are a company we bought an Aruba 103 RW AP. It came with neither a console cable nor an AC adapter (it uses POE).

    Our ex technicien defined a password instead of the default "admin", but he forgot it.

    Can I please ask how to reset the password without a console cable? we tried to reset the AP by holding the "Rest" button for 30 seconds and powering on the AP, it didn't reset the password.

     

    Unfortunately the AP is useless now :(

    is this an Instant IAP or an AP ? how are you connecting to it specifically ?
