Need advice on a pair of 7210's. The local controller was taken offline due to misconfiguration. Master is up and running happily, holding all the AP's.
The goal is to get the Local online, but I am concerned about putting the misconfigured controller back on the network.
Would it make sense to WRITE ERASE ALL and rebuild the config?
If I bring the Local online, and do a Save on the master would it push the config to the local?

If you point a local to a master, after you reboot, the global config of the local will be replaced with the global configuration of the master. Local configuration, like ip addresses, interfaces, VLANs, switchport configuration, will remain the same.
