Mobility Controller startup time

    Please, is there a document or reference that indicates the startup time in the Mobility Controllers?

    I mean, how much time it takes the process between the moment that you turn-on or reset the MC and the moment that it is ready to work.

    5-10 minutes (configurations replication/update) depending on how long the MC takes to communicate with the MM
