    Hi,

    If i change an AP to monitor mode , Do i get the client even which is not associated  ?

    Hi, Are you refering to an Air Monitor? If you change an AP to an Air Monitor then it will not associate clients. There is also the Mode Aware feature, which if the AP finds adequate coverage on multiple channels in its current band of operation, the mode aware feature allows the AP to temporarily turn itself off and become an AP Air Monitor (APM).
