I have a question ablout transfer licenses.

If can...

1. Who can open the case to move the licenses?  

   - End user (asset owner)?  

   - Reseller or distributor(End user buy chian)?

 

2. How long about process?

 

3. When finish transfer licenses process.     Old controller still running?

Yes is transferale through my networking portal. Else contact TAC they mostly help you on demand. No worry, your old license will not removed when transfer.

Side note is that a 3200xm could have factory integrated licenses. Factory integrated license is bound to the device and cant migrate to another platform.
