This may not even be possible but here it goes.  We have Airwave 8.0.11.1 (Dell version of software) and the Internal Captive Portal shows that it will have the name field on the acknowledgement page but it never shows up.  All I get the two text boxes and the accept button.  Is there a way to make the name field show up on the portal?

The portal on Airwave or the controller?  Can you please attach a screenshot?

Sure can.  The screenshot shows the three fields, the last one on the right is the name field with the accept button.  The second screenshot shows the webpage that comes up but only with the two fields and no name option.

    Frosty,

Apparently the "Name" capability was removed from instant, but unfortunately we did not remove the configuration piece from Airwave.  To get more robust Captive Portal configuration, it is probably better to host the HTML on an external captive portal server, because the instant configuration options are fairly rudimentary.  http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Video/VIDEO-Configuring-Aruba-Instant-Guest-Network-with-External/ta-p/90322

Thanks! I will get with one of our web devs to get the external page set up.  Thanks for all the help.
