    Community,

Is there any way you can override the default PWR LED status of 'Amber' when connected to an 802.3af switchport? We recently upgraded to 6.5.3.3 at a number of sites and whilst the reason for the amber LED is well understood by our technical team, the local site is unhappy as they are no longer green and signify a potential issue. Despite our best efforts to explain this they are not happy with the change. Is there any way in the configuration that this can be overriden. I appreciate that there may be some consequences to this that need to be understood. We are connecting the switches to legacy Cisco 3750 switches and we have LLDP enabled on the ports.

    Thanks

The only thing you can do is turn all LEDs off..

Or connect a proper POE source to allow these APs to operate in unrestricted mode.
