I am looking to design a semi-portable solution to power outdoor AP's using solar.

While I am aware that there numerous options I am looking for user cases from people who have already done this with Aruba AP's in particular.

A search on the forum throws up a 3yr old post (http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Access-Points/Powering-APs-through-solar-panels/m-p/2480)  but I would like to hear if anyone has done this with the newer AP's.

    Thanks.

I was curious on if you found any luck with the solar panels.  I am looking into deploying a few at my location as well.  Any recommendations or lessons learned?  The only vendor I can see from Aruba's list that supports this is Solis Energy.

Anybody successfully depoly solar panels for their outdoor AP's?
