    Goodmorning everyone,
    I have a problem with provisioning only three access points, which are part of a group of a total of 110 APs. I managed to approve them all in whitelist, I provisioned 107 APs and the last 3 APs I cannot provision them, it gives me this error:
    AP with name "xxx" not found.

    I tried to revoke the whitelist and also to delete the AP from the whitelist, but nothing to do.

    Anyone have solutions?

    Can you run the below command to see if there is any issues with AP? There is a chance it is rebooting before you are able to complete the provisioning hence showing as it cannot be found.

     

    show log all | include [AP NAME or IP]

    I solved! The problem is that the WLC didn't like the name given to the AP. Strange but true!

    This solution helped me also with ap migration to a different AP-Group.

    I semplified the AP name and I have been able to migrate the AP to a different AP-Group
