    Hi Aruba Community,

     

    I'm trying to configure the SMTP server on a controller with AOS 6.4.3.7 with several free SMTP servers but I can not send me an email when creating an account for guest. To configure it, I use the smtp ip that I get when I run the <nslookup relay-smtp.domain.com> (ex.: nslookup relay-smtp.gmail.com) command on CMD.

     

    When I set the SMTP with my company smtp, it's working properly.

     

    Any suggestions please.

    Your ISP could be blocking outbounds SMTP except to their own relays.
