RAP 2WG Speed Problem

  • 1.  RAP 2WG Speed Problem

    Hi All

     I got the RAP 2WG  and only speed 500KB with wire port and 1500KB on wireless.

    I saw some one the the same problem on here

    but no solution for that.

     

    Any one can help?

    The RAP2WG does not have great performance.  Please consider enabling BCMC optimization on the user VLANs for the wired and wireless VLANs on the RAP2WG to improve performance.

    thanks for your reply, i know 2WG's performacne is not so good.

    but my question is how come the same 2WG and same notebook, but the speed of wire port is less than wirless conection in same vlan?  Wire port got 500KB and Wireless Port got 1500KB.

    There are a number of reasons why this could happen.  If you open a case with support, they can run down the list of reasons why by getting information from your controller, access point and internet connection.
