RAP WAN STATIC IP ADDRESS

    HI,

    I have a RAP5WN and my ISP delivers the internet in RJ45 it not assign DHCP address, so can i connect directly the RJ45 to the RAP and config the WAN Interface with the Static IP of my ISP? I don't have connectivity to the controller, how can I do to assign an static IP on the RAP? And then I will connect back to the controller to config SSID, Profiles, etc

    You can assign a static ip to the RAP using the rap console page. It should be avilable under the advanced options field of the RAP console page. Connect the uplink to eth0 of the RAP. See Chapter 25 of the ArubaRemote access point (RAP) Networks VRD (figure 110 & 111).
