    Hi,

We're currently trying to get a RAP-109 to contact our AOS8 cluster and we're getting the following error message in the logs:

    Mar 18 16:48:23 localdb[17914]: <133006> <17914> <ERRS> |localdb| User 48:4a:e9:ca:8d:fa Failed Authentication (Processing FETCH_REQ on DBType(13))

Any comments/ideas as to why we're getting this?

    Thanks, Adam

That specific message is an AP attempting to connect to a controller via cpsec when it is not in the cpsec whitelist.  It does not say much about your remote AP connecting or not connecting.

It almost looks like that AP is not provisioned as a RAP, but is trying to contact a controller as a CAP.
