We just start testing Aruba AP's for our deployments. First site right now we devices having issues to connect (where before a home use router WiFi was working like a charm) , but before we jump into signal troubleshooting we are seeing a lot of events that comes in waves:

Event Type: "AP Insufficient Power Supply"

Description: "Received low POE power" from the AP-303 test unit.

Using POE: HPE Aruba PD-3501G-AC - PoE injector - 15.4 Watt part number: JW627A

Can that be due to a faulty POE injector?

    Thank you in advance.

Might be. That PoE injector is IEEE 802.3af compliant, and as far as i know you shouldn't need more than 15.4 Watt on that AP. Are all radios up on the AP. Usually when an AP doesn't receive full power, it will shut off one of the radios.

Yes, all radios on. besides the bad coverage I don't see any other error.

    Thank you

AP-303 operates without restrictions from any 802.3af POE source.

Getting a message about insufficient POE power makes no sense.

    Where was this observed?
