Rename an access point with bad name :-/

    Hi there,

    I have got an Aruba7210 controller with 6.4.4.10 running.

     

    Output from show ap database:


    " AP-GH-HV-U14"                      gwag   205      1.2.3.4  Up 21h:47m:31s       2      10.10.10.10  0.0.0.0

     

    I want to rename the ap. During provisioning I renamed it with two " (quotationmarks) and blank / space letter.

    Are there any solution without resetting the ap?

    use "show ap database long" to get the wired mac address.

     

    Rename using the wired mac address:

     

    "ap-rename wired-mac"
