    Good Day,

     What is the process to request URLs be reclassified? Out students use AutoDesk CAD software including AutoCad and Fusion 360, however their access was blocked because this CAD software is classified as Tunneling. We have now disabled blocking this category, but are unsure how to get it removed.

     

    We are running 8.5.0.4 on IAP 315 and IAP-365

    Please open an Aruba Support case for such an issue. This needs to be worked on by the team that creates the classification rules.
