    Hi,

There are two sites that are connected through MPLS and have a separate controller on each site(single qty per site). We require to provide L3 redundancy so that in case of controller failure AP's should connect to another Location controller, and the controllers have been sized to support All AP's.

For the above requirement which is 8.X do we require MM (clustering is not required as there is a single controller on each site)?

If you are not using a MM, you will not be able to configure clustering for the MDs. You will be able to use the legacy HA or LMS/BLMS without a MM.

If you do want L3 MM redudancy (so the MM's are separated by a L3 boundary) then you will need AOS8.2.x and above.
