S2500-48P status light blinking orange

    The switch boots but  the lights on ports 0/0/13 & 0/0/14 are on and the status lights keep blinking orange.  I have already factory defaulted it. What else can I try?  Its running 7.3.1.0

    Justchantelle,

    A blinking orange light is indicating a major alarm. Can you log into the switch and provide the output of "show alarms".

     

    Also for your reference, here are the LED states from the installation guide.
