SSID not showing up for specific Samsung Phones

    Hi ,
    We have a problem with Aruba7010 Controller running version 6.5.4.9
    the SSID is not showing for some samsung phones(3)
    we have another 20 samsung devices that are perfectly working 

     

    Could you please help me with this problem ?

    Please be specific about how your SSID is configured and what model phone it is not showing up for.  Are you using channels that and older phone will not scan?  What model access point is this?

    The samsung devices are not that old
    The models are : Samsung A40 and Galaxy S6 and S8
    Ap model : 207
    Controller model : 7010

    Could the" low assurance devices" option be causing this problem ?

    Are you using encryption on your SSID?  What is low assurance?

    It is an option in Configure->Certificates , by default aruba blocks non TPM devices

    That option is for access  point management and only applies to older access points that don't have a TPM chip.  It should not affect clients.
