    Where can I find information, or "How To..." guides on setting up "Series 300" Wireless Campus Access Points to issue DHCP addresses in multiple VLANs?

    You honestly would want an external DHCP server in that situation.  The internal DHCP server on instant is fairly rudimentary and should only be used for guest networks.
