Hi, we are experiencing connectivity issues with surface hub with miracast attempting to connect, multiple attempts are required but once a connection is established we experience lags and slowness with the projection.

That started 3 weeks ago when we enabled 2.4 ghz on our AP. We used only 5 ghz before.

On the diagram, it's the WiDi that is having the issue.

Could this simply be radio interference?

Yes, that would imply that your 2.4ghz band is not good, based on your testing.

Martin, any luck with this? We are having severe slowdown issues when trying to connect to our miracast (Microsoft wireless display adapter) devices, after upgrading from 200-series Aruba AP in a controller environment to 500-series Central-managed APs. Only in one of our schools, however.
