    What version of AOS?

Is this a dot1x or captive portal ssid?

Is this a recent issue and has anything changed like an upgrade?

    AOS version 6.3.1.5

    Captive portal SSID.

Same issue happening on AOS 6.1.3.10 and after upgrade the AOS to 6.3.1.5 still same issue.

Apple IOS 7 series getting error "unable to connect" while connecting to the SSID, whereas all other devices including APPLE IOS 5, 6 series not getting such type of error even a single time. If Apple IOS 7series devices did 10 attempts to connect to the guest SSID, only 5times they are successfully able to connect to the SSID. Other devices each and everytime they connect on a single attempt.

Have you enabled the 'bypass Apple Captive Network Assistant'?  It is at the bottom of the configuration for the captive portal profile.

Captive portal is not the issue. Yes CNA is enabled. If IOS 7 devices did 10 attempts and only 5 times they are are able to connect to the guest SSID, when they are successfully connected then Captive portal page open and then redirect to the desired URL.

Captive portal is working fine. Only issue is why IOS devices getting unable to connect on their first attempt.

Unfortunately it is difficult to know what the issue could be.  TAC is your best bet to call on as they can have a detailed look at the logs etc to see what is going on.

Someone else may be able to offer suggestions if they have had similar issues.

MIke is right the best way to get to the bottom of this is you should contact TAC.

Are you seeing this issue after or before the Captive portal role ?
