Hi community I would like to know if it is possible to disable airmatch to use arm but no for the entire network, just for one managed device.

If you're running an MM, AirMatch is the only option, they are mutally exclusive (MM = AirMatch, MCM/Standalone = ARM). Is there a specific issue or concern prompting this ask?

If you are running MM then the answer will be no. That being said, I notice that Airmatch is better in bigger networks than ARM.

    Ok got it.

The thing is that we would like to have eirp changes more frequently than airmatch does.

For example we want that if some APs goes down the dBm levels increase at that moment. But as you know airmatch does his changes every 24 hours.

Arm takes awhile to increase power if an access point goes down. You should instead provide enough overlapping coverage so it is not an issue.

EDIT: Back when wireless was not widely used and coverage was sparse, increasing transmit power when an access point went down was more useful. Now to obtain and maintain 802.11ac rates more overlapping coverage is required so increasing power to cover an access point that went down is no longer desired.

    Ok thank you so much.

Yes, it makes sense to have more overlapping.
