Users with logon roles

    Hello

    We are looking some devices that are with logon role on airwave

    Like some devices were connected to the  wifi  with logon role

     

    We got WPA2 Enterprise with EAP TLS and the default 802.1x role is authenticated...

    I see tha the initial role is logon.

    My question is:

    The mac addreses i see with the logon role are failed tries of devices trying to authenticate ?

     

    Also

    We had an issue with EAP TLS and we had to put EAP PEAP for a while

    Now its fixed but there are users that are still using EAP PEAP but they dont have the certificate yet installed.

    Can users that are on the permited group in the radius server trying to connect using EAP PEAP  in the EAP TLS SSID but that does not have the certificate will get this logon role?

    Do those devices have ip addresses?

    Are you seeing it in the client list in Airwave or in a report?

    I looking it at All

    You know that on clients there is a tab of Connected(which are all the connected users) the other tab of ALL which are connected and not connected users.

    Well in the tab of all(those are devices that are not connected right now but they were at some point.
