    Hi,

     

    Does anyone here know if it is possible to encapsule différent VLAN in the same GRE Tunnel between 2 controller?

    Yes

     

    (192.168.1.3) (config) #interface tunnel 1
(192.168.1.3) (config-tunnel)#tunnel vlan ?     
<WORD>                  VLAN IDs of the VLANs this tunnel should be part of.
