VPN access lost after password reset

    Hi, 

     

    got a solution with our old windows 7 build; it is VIA client to a 7210 controller and Clearpass controlling access. 

    weird one; when a user resets their password - it then stops their VPN connecting. The VPN connects using a user certificate which is the weird thing. 

    anyone else seen this? Didn’t realise that could happen if just using user certificates for authentication. 

    they keep getting error code 6000 if that helps
