We ant to provide access to our customer - we host Airwave.

They have multiple Stores with iaps in different countries.

We setup each store / country a specific group duw to countey settings.

As we create a Viewer only user, we can only select ONE group. So if he logs is with credentials he can only see one store e.g. Germany. How can we aetup all their stores regarding Groups and Folders in order to let one Viewer only user can see all store iaps and VisualRF plan with stores?

You'll have to create nested folders for this to work.   Groups should not make a difference, you can use a top level folder when creating the viewer role.

Okay so as I understand - I can use one Group for the customers his stores?

And then create Folders for each store? So each store (even in same country) has its own Folder. And each foldr contains a VC with 'in some cases' different Country settings, different Firmware - which won't have effect on other Folders?

PS two different types of firmware and thus privacy policies is causing errors.

Multiple VC's in one group - nested in Folders is not doing good - is it?

So where back at the beginning - multiple groups for each european store.. to provide Viewer access to our Airwave - they must have multiple accounts. No solution for this?
