Visual RF Plan Errors

    Hi there,

     

    I'm having issues with the latest version of Visual RF Plan once I upload my floorplan and take my initial measurement. I hit save and close and I am sent through an endless loading loop. I have attached a screenshot of what I am presented with and my log file. I am running Flash 13.0.0.182 and Java 7u51. If anyone can assist I would be very greatful.

    did you try another image format? have you tried opening a case with TAC?
