Visual RF Plan restore

    I have installed the lates Visual RF Plan off the support site.  I did a backup and export of a pervious version on another pc.  I would like to import this backup file on the new pc, however, when clicking import, it jumps me out to a page that give me various scenarios on how to import this file.  When clicking on the link "Import Floor Plans From VisualRF Backup"  I get the following error:

     

    Do not know how to handle /sites/visualrf/restore.htm

     


    Is there a work around available to import this backup from another Visual RF Plan?  The version of Visual RF Plan is 7.7.rc1 (build: 440)

    I get the same error. Also running 7.7.rc1 (build: 440).  I know it's not a supported product, but if anyone has an answer it would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Dzeising and Layer8expert,

     

    I was  successfully able to import a floor plan to my Visual RF. 

     

    Here are the steps:

    1/ Download the latest visual RF plan; It's build 448, as of write now.

     

    http://support.arubanetworks.com/DownloadSoftware/tabid/75/DMXModule/510/EntryId/4830/Default.aspx

     

    Then once installed, import the backup file (make sure its backup.zip).
